Tamara Payne


Founder & CEO

Tamara Payne has been an entrepreneur in one way or another most of her life. She is a community builder, master connector, advocate for women in business, and a leader in the small business community. 


Not only is she the CEO of Ensemble but she also manages a thriving business coaching and strategic consulting practice. In 2020, Tamara added Councilwoman to her list of titles when she was elected to the Burleson City Council.

  • Has bursts of genius marketing messages when bending over or lying down

  • Interviewed Bruce Willis in 1994 for the opening of the Hard Rock Cafe

  • Loves to make up words - ask her about grollaboration

Clint Grimes


Community Manager

Clint has been creating and developing communities within organizations for over a decade. His work began in the church and now focuses on building collaborative relationships in the entrepreneurial and small business ecosystems of Fort Worth.


Inside Ensemble, Clint leads the charge in shaping a culture of fun, support, and connection!

  • Has lived in 3 different countries

  • Does not know how to whistle

  • Married his wife almost 20 years to the month after they first met

Julia Glidden


Marketing Coordinator

Julia’s love for being part of a bigger group started in college where she was a Resident Assistant for four years. She taps her creativity and social media prowess by keeping Ensemble’s social presence consistently fresh and funky. Julia especially enjoys planning for events and special occasions that bring the members together.  
Julia was born and raised in Burleson and will continue to reside there once married to her fiance later in 2022. She serves in her church, is a middle school basketball coach at Nazarene Christian Academy, and loves to travel. 


Interesting Facts:


  • Traveled one summer to Spain, Paris, London, and Israel

  • Lived in the same house her entire life

  • She could eat Mexican food for every meal the rest of her life


    Our Conductors work in our Coworkshare Program and are vital to the day-to-day care of our members, guests, and the space. They serve the community one day a week and are active members. The Conductors are the first smiling face you will see when you arrive and are there to ensure your experience is beyond satisfying.

    The Coworkshare Program was created to provide workspace to emerging entrepreneurs while they are learning how to grow their businesses while expanding their experience as leaders. Conductors receive business coaching along with an inclusive open coworking membership. They also benefit from accelerated relationships with fellow business owners that encourage them and assist with learning how to run a successful business. This program has been thriving since November 2016 and has graduated more than 20 business owners to a higher level.

    We’re always looking for entrepreneurs and small business owners who can give one day a week to serve as Conductor in exchange for a full-time membership and lots of other benefits.
